Eurecna is awarded the TA to Competition Authority & State aid Department in Albania

Eurecna has been awarded the contract “Supporting the Albanian Competition Authority and State Aid Department” financed by the European Union.

The consortium formed by Eurecna and Altair Asesores (Spain) has been awarded the TA contract financed by the European Union for the alignment of the Albanian competition and legal framework to the EU standards. The purpose of this project is to support the Albanian Competition Authority and the State aid Department to amend, prepare, adopt and improve the national legislation according to the upgraded EU legal framework.

The specific project purposes are the implementation of tools to enhance the efficiency of competition and state aid decisions and of means to facilitate the introduction of the legal reform.
